General Conditions

Delivery Service

We aim to have orders delivered within 2-3 working days and latest within 14 days (within the Netherlands). If we can't have your order delivered within 14 days, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of your entire purchase price within 30 days. We will notify you by email, if we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days. You can then confirm if you choose to accept delivery at a later date or will like to receive a full refund of your purchase price into your bank account.

Chris & Sam can't be held liable for any losses as a result of misplaced deliveries by delivery companies.

Return policy

Orders can be returned to us in the original state and packaging within 14 days after delivery, no questions asked, provided that written notification of this is sent to us in advance.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the entire purchase price of your order (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded into your bank account within 30 days.
